CL-G3015A CNC fiber laser cutting machine is a complete set of laser cutting equipment, which is integrated with fiber laser, chillers, fiber cutting heads, cutting machine tools, control system, water system, air extraction system and so on. The whole machine adopts fixed workpiece and movable gantry structure. It is a two-axis, three-axis controlled CNC laser cutting machine. Among them, the X Y axis linkage realizes the plane cutting feed Z axis floating tracking workpiece surface. Four CNC shafts of the equipment are guided by rolling guideways, and the cutting plate part X, Y, Z axis is driven by AC servo gear rack, among which X,Z axis is driven by AC servo gear rack. The main bed, Y shaft adopts steel structure beam, dynamic performance, among which laser cutting head, AC servo motor, ball screw pair, rolling guide pair, reducer, gear and rack pair all choose well-known brand. The CNC system adopts the domestic brand laser special numerical control system, configure the professional cutting control software and the auxiliary programming software. Compact structure, sufficient stiffness, good reliability and high cutting efficiency.
The CNC fiber laser cutting machine is suitable for cutting stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, silicon steel, galvanized steel plate, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and other metal materials.
